Chef Gino Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (New York City) in 1971.  Since then he has cooked for many influential people, including Jerry Lewis, Penn and Teller, Joe Pesci, Wayne Newton, Robert Deniro, Carrot Top, and even Frank Sinatra.  

Chef Gino has won many awards for his cooking, including maintaining several "Best of Las Vegas" awards while Chef at the former "Celebrity Deli".  Chef Gino has also been the Executive Sous Chef for Las Vegas's Mirage Hotel and Casino, and The Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.  

Chef Gino is currently retired, but still enjoys dishing up elegant meals, and assisting others in their endeavors with Culinary Arts.
